We Pledge that We, The Moving Maven Will:

•	Treat every customer with dignity and respect

•	Treat your property with respect

•	Provide timely communication concerning your request for service, and throughout the time that we work together

•	Participate in designing a Moving Plan for your needs, and periodically update the plan if your condition changes.

•	Provide a written agreement (contract) clarifying our services and associated cost.

•	Maintain confidentiality for all information related to your move and your personal affairs

•	Plan with you an appropriate timeframe for the work of moving to be accomplished

•	Communicate with you at the end of each week's work to evaluate progress and modify your plan if needed.

•	Anticipate the end of our work together, to ensure a graceful transfer to your new life after the move.

We Expect that You, the Consumer Will:

•	Communicate your needs as clearly as possible at the time of our initial planning.

•	Communicate any changes in your moving situation during the time we work together

•	Participate in creating your Moving Plan by asking questions and stating your wishes.

•	Provide a safe environment in which the work of moving can proceed (home or place of business).

•	Notify the Moving Maven at least 24 hours in advance of any visit you must cancel.

•	Pay for the Moving Maven process as agreed, at the end of the planning process.

•	Pay at the end of each week's work after the initial plan, for all work completed during that week.

•	Pay for equipment and supplies only as agreed in advance and with support of receipts.
